“Striving and Transforming”, the new exhibition will be launch in The History of Hong Kong Industry by 17 Jun 2020, which is jointly organized by the Hong Kong Museum of History and the Federation of Hong Kong Industries. More than 1200 sets of classic Hong Kong-made products will be exhibited.
[Animated Video Display with Monitors-Synchronization]
We happily participate in this event by creating some interactive devices and an animation projection. We synchronized 3 touch monitors and made it a moving conveyor to imitate the production lines in the factory. You can watch a series of videos with photos and know how those factory girls were living. And we applied some female voice-over around which makes you feel you are staying inside the scene.
[Interactive Exhibit]
Another interactive exhibit is a virtual map locating different industrial streets and landmarks in the past. Composed of a 32″ touch monitor and a 4K projector, visitors can view the information of the locations and know more about the relations between past and present by selecting the pins on the map.
[Animation Design and Development]
What’s more, the animation projection “Industry in Numbers” produced by SenMedia visualises the industrial statistics from 1970 to 2010 and turns them into an 8-minute animation. The dynamic scenes with a variety of playful sound effects allow people to learn history in a fun way!
Do not hesitate to join this exciting and fruitful event!
