ASTRO SCALE MACHINE
Pressure sensors were installed under the carpet in front of the ASTRO Scale Machine. Visitors can see their weight in the earth. On the other hand, visitors can setup ASTRO Scale Machine for different planets in solar system, then visitors will know their weight in the particular planet.
Glad to be involved in design and development of the interactive exhibits in this exhibition organized by Hong Kong Science Museum. User can learn more about the differences between Newton and Kilogram via comparing their own weight in these two units by playing this exhibit. When users stand on the Astro Scale, their weight will be measured. By selecting different planets, they can know their corresponding weight and the details of each planet.
